What Is Family Schedule Hub?
Family Schedule Hub is a free browser-based shared family calendar. It solves "app fatigue" — the frustration of managing family schedules across multiple apps. Add family members with colors, create events with locations and notes, view by week, filter by member, and export everything to any calendar app via .ics format.
How to Use Family Schedule Hub
Add family members (each gets a color). Create events with title, member, date, time, duration, location, and notes. Set weekly repeats for recurring activities. View the weekly grid, filter by member to see individual schedules, and export to .ics to sync with your preferred calendar app.

Do family members need to install an app?
No. The tool works in any browser. Add events on one device, then export to .ics and import into each family member's preferred calendar app (Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook).
Can I sync with Google Calendar or Apple Calendar?
Yes. Click Export .ics to download an iCalendar file. Import this file into any calendar app that supports .ics (which is virtually all of them). For ongoing sync, export periodically or use the file with a shared calendar.
Is my family data private?
Yes. All data is stored locally in your browser. Nothing is uploaded. This is especially important for family schedule data which may include children's activities and locations.
