What is FreeToolHub?
FreeToolHub is a free, privacy-first collection of 236 professional browser-based tools across 13 categories — specializing in Tax, Finance, Business, Art, Image, and PDF tools. No signup, no upload, no data leaves your device. All tools run entirely in your browser — your files, income data, and personal information are never sent to any server.
We built it for everyone worldwide who needs professional-grade, no-login utilities for everyday tasks — from calculating sales tax and self-employment tax, to generating professional invoices, to editing pixel art and converting photos to oil paintings, to merging and compressing PDFs, to resizing images and removing backgrounds.
What "free" means
- No account, no email, no signup — just open a tool and use it.
- No watermarks, and no "upgrade to Pro" pop-ups on the core flow — every tool runs to completion without an account.
- Two fair-use caps on the free tier: 5 downloads or saves per day, and 50 MCP calls per day. The optional Pro plan lifts both.
- No "upload to our server" — most tools run 100% in your browser.
- 100% free at the core, supported by donations, unobtrusive advertising, and an optional Pro plan ($7/mo or $59/yr: batch processing, unlimited downloads, white-label exports) for professional users.
What "private" means
When you use our tools, the files you upload (photos, videos, PDFs) and the values you enter (income, prices, code snippets) are processed inside your browser. They are never sent to our servers. The only exceptions are pages that use third-party AI APIs (clearly marked) where you explicitly click "Send".
We use Google Analytics 4 and Plausible for anonymous, aggregate page statistics, loaded with Google Consent Mode v2 (default: denied). For full details about our privacy practices and how advertising works, see our Privacy Policy.
Who is it for?
How it's built
FreeToolHub is a static-export Next.js 16 site. All calculator logic ships as JavaScript to your browser. There is no database of user data. The network requests are: (1) loading the static site, (2) loading optional AI models on first use of a specific AI tool (cached locally afterwards), (3) Google Analytics 4 and the Google AdSense script, both loaded with Google Consent Mode v2 (default: denied), and (4) Plausible — a cookie-less analytics script.
Hosting is provided by Cloudflare Pages, which gives us unlimited bandwidth on the free tier.

Data sources & accuracy (E-E-A-T)
For tools involving taxes, immigration, and legal matters (YMYL topics), we use authoritative data sources:
- Federal tax rates & brackets: IRS Revenue Procedure 2025-45 (2026 tax year)
- State sales tax rates: State Departments of Revenue, updated for 2026
- USCIS processing times: USCIS official processing time data
- Visa Bulletin: U.S. Department of State monthly Visa Bulletin
- EU VAT rates: European Commission Taxation and Customs Union
- LLC filing fees: Each state's Secretary of State office
Tax and legal data are reviewed quarterly and updated when new IRS publications, USCIS fee schedules, or Visa Bulletins are released. Each tool page displays its last-updated date. Always consult a licensed professional for tax or legal advice.
Editorial Policy
FreeToolHub is built and maintained by KingCavan (Founder & Lead Developer). There is no content team and no outsourced “SEO articles.” Every tool description, guide, and calculator is written and maintained by the founder, working from the same code that powers the matching tool.
Content is checked against primary sources (IRS publications, state Department of Revenue websites, USCIS data) before publication — each figure is cited on the page it appears on, and the sources are listed in Data Sources. Tax and financial content is re-verified at least quarterly.
We do not accept paid placements in tool results or guides. Affiliate links, when present, are clearly marked with a "Sponsored" badge. Tool rankings are based solely on user utility and search demand, not on commercial relationships.
Review Process
How content is checked: every worked example is verified against the live output of the calculator it appears with — the formula printed on the page and the formula in the code must agree. Tax figures are checked against the current IRS/SSA publications, and state figures against each state's Department of Revenue. Immigration content is checked against the USCIS and Department of State documents cited on that page.
Review cycle: Tax content — quarterly (January, April, July, October). Non-tax content — semi-annually.
Last comprehensive review: July 28, 2026
Not professional advice: FreeToolHub is not a law firm, accounting firm, or tax adviser, and nothing here is a substitute for advice from a licensed professional who knows your circumstances. See Terms.
